JERRY LEE LEWIS Jerry Lee Lewis (1963 UK issue of the 1959 12-track vinyl LP on the 'deep groove' plum & silver London label, the first full length album of Jerry's Sun recordings & very collectable, packed with terrific rockers, rollers & handkerchief weepers, front laminated flipback picture sleeve. The sleeve shows moderate wear with a little fading to the front image, whilst the vinyl is Excellent with little sign of play HA-S2133)

Condition : -
The sleeve is a beautiful design, with multiple dapper black & white shots of Jerry, otherwise known as 'The Killer', to a rich red backdrop. It bares all the hallmarks of a rare Rock N Roll record, & is a little creased, yellowed & weakened with age. Further to that, there is a 2 inch top split due to vinyl shift over the years . We wonder just how many of these originals have survived. To find one in any condition is a great day for us, & this is a more than acceptable example.
The labels are the iconic purple & silver design. There are a few spindle marks to indicate play [who didn't play this?], with no blemishes that might stand in the way of the print.
The vinyl is the main selling point here it's excellent with Playback fantastic and only a few faint paper hairline scuffs to show for over half a century in the wild.
Simply put, this original Rock N Roll hame of fame-r is a must own.
