The Atlantic Years 1986-1994 gathers together all six of the New Jersey thrash legends' albums issued by the label, documenting the band's evolution from their speed-driven mid-'80s assault through to the groove-laden heaviness of the early '90s.
Included in the set are the classic albums Taking Over, Under The Influence, The Years Of Decay, Horrorscope, I Hear Black and W.F.O. – a formidable run of releases widely regarded as some of the finest and most consistent in American Thrash Metal. Featuring fan favourites such as In Union We Stand, Elimination, Hello From The Gutter and Coma, these albums helped cement Overkill's reputation as one of the genre's most enduring and uncompromising acts.
Long out of print on vinyl, these sought-after titles are presented here newly remastered using the Half-Speed Mastering process for enhanced dynamic range and audio fidelity, with each album pressed on audiophile-quality 180-gram Black Vinyl.
