DONOVAN Try For The Sun: The Journey Of Donovan (2005 US limited edition FOUR DISC set comprising of a 60-track remastered 3-CD set featuring rare early Hickory / Pye singles including 20 original mono recordings, all 17 U.S. chart singles and 8 well-chosen B sides, plus more than a dozen signature album tracks, 12 previously unreleased studio recordings, 7 previously unreleased live concert tracks from 1967 and 1971, 2 live tracks previously unissued in the U.S., and a track from his rare 1964 demo.Also includes a Bonus DVD [Region 0 NTSC] featuring 'There Is An Ocean' 1970 documentary [nearly four-hours in total]. The four discs show minimal signs of play and sit inside individual card wallet sleeves complete with the 56-page booklet featuring extensive liner notes photographs, all housed inside the 6" x 11" x 1" two-piece sumptuous purple velvet box)
