Yes. Every record listed on RareVinyl.com is individually checked by our specialist team before it is added to the website. Yes. RareVinyl.com ships worldwide to over 100 countries using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by destination—typically 3–5 working days within Europe and around 6–7 working days for many international destinations. We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable shipping partners. For many European customers, local tax-paid delivery options are available where applicable.

RareVinyl.com follows the Record Collector Magazine grading system. Most items are graded between Mint (brand new) and Excellent, and the product description will clearly explain the exact condition you can expect for both the vinyl and the sleeve.

Record collectors care about condition—and so does RareVinyl.com. Delivery charges cover specialist record packaging, careful handling, and tracked services designed to protect sleeves, corners, inserts, and the vinyl itself in transit. Instead of hiding shipping costs inside product prices, RareVinyl.com keeps pricing clear and transparent.

If your order from RareVinyl.com arrives damaged or is not as expected, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Returns can be authorised within 28 days of delivery. Once the item is returned in its original condition, we will issue a full refund. For items marked “sealed from new,” the shrink wrap must remain intact (except for the sleeve opening edge) to qualify for a return.
