NIRVANA Local Anaesthetic (Rare original 1971 UK stereo LP on the large 'swirl' label, the fourth album to be issued under the Nirvana name & the first post-Island outing, housed in a fantastic Keef-designed gatefold picture sleeve complete with the polly-lined 'swirl' inner. The cover has some unfortunate marks from a sticker removal, most prominent in the top right corner. If it wasn't for these cosmetic blemishes, the cover would grade much higher above the FAIR mark. The vinyl is super clean & EXCELLENT with very few signs of any play, making for a real advantageous buy for the collector)
